Onboarding a new technology at most organizations means a manually coordinated gauntlet: an intake form, a POC cycle, and six parallel due-diligence reviews – Architecture, Security, Compliance, TPRM, UX, and Contract – kept moving by reminder emails and tracker spreadsheets. VK Balakrishnan, Manager, Technology Governance at Ameritas Holding Company, walks through the multi-agent system his team is building to automate that workflow at Ameritas, and the design constraints that make it safe to run in a regulated environment: deterministic orchestration so no model ever decides which review to skip, a fixed capability taxonomy the agents cannot invent their way out of, and agents that draft findings with citations while accountable humans keep every approval.
