With limited resources using VISIO, and a collaborative approach, University Hospitals worked with IT Leadership and the PMO group to create a standard model for creating a Business Process Architecture. To ensure the work was a one-time, upfront spend, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Managers were trained to create and read the documents. This process is used repeatedly to communicate effectively.
