NOREX welcomes back the team from The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, represented by Katie Springer, Director of Technology & Project Management, and Katina White, Tessitura Support Administrator, who will present on how their second year of the Cybersecurity Haunted House took everything they learned from year one and tightened the experience into a more intentional, AI‑driven walkthrough of modern security risks. They used AI throughout the build, including deepfakes, “AI or Not” challenges, an AI‑generated ransomware wheel, social‑sharing exposure demos, and a prompting‑based escape room, to show how these tools can both strengthen and undermine security. In this session, they will break down how it was designed, the AI workflows that powered each station, and the practical lessons they took away for making cybersecurity education more engaging, efficient, and surprisingly fun.
