Educating staff about cybersecurity threats can often be overlooked – either buried in inboxes or forgotten quickly. Halloween 2024, the IT team at The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust took a different approach by creating an interactive Cybersecurity Haunted House. Patrick FitzGerald, Director of eCommerce Operations, and Katie Springer, Director of Technology and Support Services, share their inspired awareness training that featured an escape room, a spooky USB key challenge, eerie analytics, and more!
